Loved beyond your flaws

Here’s a secret oft not told.

People will more likely love you despite your flaws, rather than for your skills.

This doesn’t mean you don’t have to learn anything new, nor that your skills are useless.

But most of the time we fall to the trap that to gain other people’s love and affection, we need to be perfect. This leads us to often try and pretend to be someone or something that we’re not.

Sad, but true for many of us out there.

So, accept your flaws and don’t be too inclined to try and hide them. As for your skills, use them well, of course, and to the benefit of your own and others’.
